I just got a phone call from 8218 4809. I was on another phone call and it was diverted to message bank. I tried to call it back several times but my service provider never even provided me with a dial tone. I suspect that this service is merely one way. Telemarketers prefer their scripts to be ready so they have the upper hand in negotiations. They don't want someone calling them back because they won't even have a clue who they are! The last thing a telemarketer wants is an instant lack of rapport!

Ruft stndig an. Habe jetzt innerhalb von 4 Wochen ber 10 Anrufe. Wenn man drangeht wird aufgelegt, ruft man zurck das gleiche. Kennt jemand die Nummer?Es nervt.

My phone rang, when I answered it was cut off after a second or two. Recently, I used KwikFit and gave them my number. Is one of their employees involved in a scam? I will be checking my phone bill to see whether I have incurred any charge from this.

This number has just rang me and the area code 0191- is from Sunderland in the north east. Could it be littlewoods/catalogue company as they have an office in Sunderland?

Unanswered, but do get them from time to time. Heard they are a company calling on behalf of Vodafone, will call them to tell them to bugger off......
