I have telephone service with AT&T and have the call block feature (*60). However, when I tried to block this incoming #, it will not allow me to. I have a feeling this # is behind a PBX and if I could find the # for the PBX, I would be able to block the call.

This is a Washington, ME landline that was a pre-recorded message from Heather Allen at Halo Animal Rescue in Phoenix, AZ "inviting" us to an event to give them money. We told them when we adopted a dog in 2008 never to contact us or release any of our information - no solitciting, etc. They have CONTINUOUSLY violated that and made us regret adopting. This is BAD for those poor animals! (Their facility is horrid!) Why should good people overpay to save an animal only to be punished for it for years afterward???This is a sleazy company hiding under the non-profit protection rules. It's sickening.

This caller likes to violate federal laws by calling indivdual numberes that are registered with the National DO Not Call Registry.

These people have called 899 times, they wont go away - i HAVE reported them here and other places online and the FTC.I don't know why there are 'no comments for this number yet' because i alone, have made several.AND THEY CALL AT 9, 10, and 11 at NIGHT its so illegal, they call about govt. loans -and then once, it was some car warranty place...the other times, they sit there and don't say a word.DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS , PLEASE... Got a call from my wife's car which is in her name about expiring auto manufacturer warranty. Must be a scam. I tried to call the number, but it hung up on me after 20 seconds. Don't give any personal information out to these people.
