Received a phone call from this number. No message was left.

this number has been calling for several days and calls 2-3 times a day. I know it is an unwanted call so have not answered. I refuse to pay for calls to my cell phone which I must pay for which are unwanted. I am on a Do Not Call register and don't understand why these companies can not be stopped.

She had some of our mailing address wrong. I confirmed with her that there would be no charge for it. She said it was free and we should receive within 48 hours. I have received calls from this number two or three times in the past couple of weeks on my cell phone. When I answer there is silence and then my call is disconnected about 3 or 4 seconds later without any feedback or noise on their end. When I tried to call back, all I got was a busy signal.
