this number called me and it sounded as if someone was crying into the phone, i got 2 phone calls from this number and would like to know who it is.Caller ID: unknown

It sounded as if this person was driving in the car when he called me; I could hear a stereo in the background.

Non English speaking person called at 11:18 PM, 1:04 AM, 1:36 AM and 2:16 AM. Did not understand the person tried to get across that they were dialing wrong...no comprende!!!!
