No idea who this is, but they called my Skype-In number and didn't hang up until they got the voicemail to record...which annoys me, because I didn't give that # to anyone.Called and didn't leave a message. WTF is area code 172?Multiple calls after 11pm with a recorded message "police emergency" and a lot of Spanish. When we answered, the linguistically black gentleman told us family members (unidentified) had been in a car accident on "Highway 41". He insisted we call this phone # to get details and to talk to "Sgt. Smith" to verify our identity. He then asked for our name.*69 revealed an 866 origin.I had couple of missed calls. Wonder who would call me from USI get calls several times - day or night but they always hang up.Caller ID: this no.Do not answer 4 digit numbers, my co-worker did and they charged 30 minutes of time to her pay-as-you-go phone. I am worried of what could happen since I answered my phone and kept asking who is this? the only response was "Karen on-line" I kept asking what company she was with but she would not answer and after 24 seconds hung up. I telephoned T mobile since I do not have a pay-as you go phone I am so worried about what minutes they could charge on my account. T-moble reports no descrepencies on my account as of yet, they suggested it may be someone with a modem set up like Vonage but I am not familiar with anyone with that sort of set up plus any one I know would leave a message. Several different 4-digit combinations 1726, 1700, 1714, 1815, 1712, 1700 so far. I will not answer anymore of these 4-digit calls and have registered on the National Do Not Call List 1-888-382-1222.
