I left them my detailed message back that they have been reported to the Connecticut State's Attorney General's Office for an investigation as to why they are calling people who are registered on the Government Do Not Call list.

Unfortunetly Zwicker and Associates can sue you.  The correct statement is that the debt is unsecured but Zwicker and Associates has attorneys in almost every state.  When they file suit against you for on behalf of the creditor it turns the judgment onto the debt making it SECURED and not unsecured.  Once they judgement is in place and this is now a secure debt they have the legal right (state laws prohibiting of course) to garnish wages for this debt, lein your property and levy your bank account.  In some states (Michigan especially) they will actually repo cars and other property and sell them at a public auction.

It just won't STOP! The worst part is it's calling my mobile. at&t says there's no way to block calls on a mobile... AAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!

A woman from this number called asking for my husband by his first name, which he never uses & his last name. When I said he wasn't here they asked if I was Mrs. ....; when I told them I was they asked if I minded renting my time-share, The Village at Parkway. I was very confused since we have never owned a timeshare. When I told the caller this, she apologized, said that she thought we did, & hung up. Very strange!

1-229-569-5225 has been calling me daily all week (3/15/10). When I answer no one is there. When I called immediately back today 3/19/10 the Verizon "this number has been changed or disconneted" recording comes on. Going to block the punks.
