i answered and they had my 1st name correct, totally different last name (not my married or maiden name - not even close!). i found their website - they're a law firm that provide services - guess what the services are??? Collections!! So I called the 800 number on their website and chewed some A*S! "Supposedly" my number will be removed within 24 hours. I told them I'm lodging a complaint with the Alabama bar if they call me again. I specifically asked the girl who called me if this was a collections call and she said, 'this is a law firm'. I will spend my time filing complaints if necessary! Their 800 number is 800-476-8287. I wasn't on the phone more than 2 minutes!

They have been calling me everyday, no message.  It shows up on my ID as an international call, so it isn't originating within Canada...

number keeps calling and leaving text messages through all hours of the night!

Caller identified himself as Mingo and said he was from a collection agency called Asset Care, and provided a phone number 888-740-6148 ext: 0173. He said he was calling about an unpaid Discover Card debt from 1998. Without need of verification that he was speaking to the correct person he provided account information. Upon calling Discover they informed me that the card number I had been given was in fact connected to a person with my name but a different address, ssn, and spouse name.

Got a call from 251-285-1152 at 12:58 am on dec 9th. Tried to call it back and the would not accept callsCaller ID: 2512851152
