I have the same complain and more. They have shipped wrong material and charged us fees due to their errors. Their sales reps have repeatedly called after being told not to call our company again. Their reps will just call back minutes later from "private" telephone numbers. (And you know it's the same guy because it's the exact same voice. And he yells at you for telling him not to call back.) Their reps once called our company demanding that we pull the owner of our company out of an important business meeting by claiming he had an "urgent" business matter that needed to be discussed, but all that the rep wanted to do was to try to sell saw blades.We have not had any business dealings with them in several years due to their sales practices. We have advised them several times over the years to take us off their call list. Yet they still keep calling.

Terrorised by this kind of number!everyday at least one call!Noone answeres and after a few seconds the connection is terminated!Are they trying to make u call back or could it be that answering the call allready costs u money?

Received call from a computer saying the warranty on my car is eligible for an extension. My car is too old for that and I heard about this kind of scam before.

Caller identified herself as a mission representative and was able to extort $200.00 from my father in law. Name - Patty Green.

Got a call for car warranty extension. Was asked to press 1 to talk to rep. or press 3 to remove number. The press 3 never works as they always call back after about 1 month.

Call came in on message I.D. 04/02/02 @8:19am, name: Save Energy. First part of pre-recorded message sounded somewhat legit until 3rd sentence which stated "do not use telephone."
