they call my work i need to know who to file a complaint with

i was called by a women claiming that she was a collection agent trying to collect money on a credit card. this is the first time i have heard from her or this company. my debt is being handle through the local courts and clercks office. she tried to threaten me with a wage garnishment. i have not seen or received any court papers about this or even about a hearing. i may not know enough about the law but i do believe she can't garnish my wages without the courts approval. i have not been summoned to court to face this individual or the company she claims to work for. i'm going to write the judge in charge of my case and ask for a cause hearing before i agree to give them anything.

Called today recorded message that stats that someone in your household who shopped at Can tire Zellers shopper drug mart and some others had entered a contest to win a trip to Mexico valued @ $2600. message goes on prompting you to push 1 to inquire how to get your prize or 3 to disconnect. I stayed on the line until they disconnected If you call back there is a number removal, but doubt it works
