WOW WOW WOW - how'd you get ALL that info!

I get a call with this number but when I answered ...nobody

They called this afternoon and when I answered, they asked for my dad.  I told them that he was not in (which he was sleeping) and left a name and number for hinm to call when he gets in.  Her name was Mrs. Wilson and she sounded really nice, but I could tell it was an Collection agency.

Called at 3 am. Person with an Indian accent kept speaking garbledy-gook on the other end. No such area code or country code. WTF?Caller ID: Out of Area

Since one week (it started after I received an alert in the internet that I won a 1000$ Walmart gift card), I am receiving silent phone calls from different numbers everyday nearly 10 times or more. They also leave silent voice messages. Two days ago a woman called and talked about giving a money gift, I said I am not interested and she immediately hung up. Today a man with a heavy Indian accent called and said I won $15000. I asked him if he wanted my bank information and he immediately hung up. This number has called me four times in a row. When you call back someone with an austrailian accent picks up by answering machine.

Anyone knows who calls from this phone number?

The said they were FMS INC.and that they were trying to collect a debt on behalf of Providian Credit Company. When I told the "gentleman: that I had never owned a credit card from this company and was disputing this- he still tried to get me to settle the debt. After going back and forth he hung up on me. I called back, a second person and then the manager tried to get me to pay this debt. After flat out refusing I asked for their companies address and they refused to give it to me.
